One invoice a month — nothing to forecast

You should not have to guess how busy next month gets. Discussions are never stopped or blocked. Contributions above the amount included in your plan simply keep counting and appear as one line on next month's invoice, alongside the base subscription. Quiet months cost you nothing extra. And if the extra usage keeps showing up, we tell you which plan would have been cheaper. Prices exclude VAT; EU companies enter their VAT number at checkout.

What counts as a contribution?
Any post added to a huddle by a member or invitee. Every contribution gets the full Huddle reading — options, concerns, waiting-on input and all — so the price stays simple and predictable.
Do you charge per user?
No. Members and invitees are unlimited on every plan. You pay one price per workspace plus the contributions your discussions actually use, so you never have to leave someone out of a decision to save money.
What happens when we use more than the plan includes?
Nothing stops. Every contribution above the included amount is counted at the rate of your plan and added to the next monthly invoice, so base subscription and usage arrive together in one invoice. We warn you inside the app when you pass 80%, so it is never a surprise.
What if I pick the wrong plan?
You don't have to forecast. Start low and let the extra usage cover the busy months; if it keeps appearing we tell you which plan would have been cheaper. Switching takes one click and applies from the next cycle.
What is a guest?
Someone you invite into a single huddle. Guests answer, recommend, vote or approve, and they only see the huddle they were invited to — not the rest of your workspace. They cost you nothing and need no account of their own beyond signing in.
Can a guest start their own huddle?
Yes. A guest can't start huddles inside your workspace, but they can create a workspace of their own in a few seconds, which begins on the Free plan. Their huddles and their contributions are theirs, not yours.
Who pays for a workspace?
Whoever picks the plan. The person who creates a workspace owns it, and any owner can put the subscription on their own card — so a colleague or a finance manager can pay for a workspace someone else started, without transferring anything.
Do unused contributions roll over?
No. The contributions included in your plan reset at the start of each monthly cycle, and anything above them is billed on that month's invoice.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
Every month you receive a proper VAT invoice, charged to the card on file. Bank transfer terms for larger organisations are available on request — contact us.
