Refunds for Huddle are handled by us directly and paid back through Stripe.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid Huddle plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@huddlediscussdecide.com with the workspace name and the invoice number. We refund to the original payment method, usually within five business days.

What is refundable

The monthly base subscription within the 30-day window.
Contribution usage charged on an invoice within the 30-day window.

What is not refundable

Refunds do not apply after the 30-day window, except where required by law.
