Privacy

Huddle is operated for business customers. The workspace owner is the controller of the content in it; we are the processor.

What we store

  • Account: name, email, sign-in provider, and the display initials shown on your posts.
  • Content: huddles, posts and images you upload, tags, calls, the stored AI reading, and decisions with their basis and reason.
  • Usergroup seats: a name, initials and RACI role per seat, kept even when someone leaves, so historical records stay readable.
  • Operational: notification read state, and technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent personal data.
  • We do not use your content to train AI models.
  • We do not run advertising trackers on the app.

Why

To provide the service under our contract with the workspace, and to keep it secure. AI tagging and readings are part of the service; without them a huddle cannot show where it stands.

How long

Content stays as long as the workspace exists. After a workspace is deleted, content is removed within 30 days, backups included within 90 days. A decision record can be reopened but not erased inside a live workspace, because that is the point of a decision log.

Where

Hosting and database in the EU. AI processing may occur outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion. If you use Huddle through your employer, ask them first; otherwise contact us and we act within 30 days.
