Terms of service

These terms apply between Huddle and the organisation that opens a workspace.

The service

Huddle provides hosted software for group discussion, AI-assisted reading of that discussion, and a decision record, plus an optional API and an embeddable engine.

Accounts and seats

You are responsible for who you give a seat to and for what happens under your accounts. A seat is a person who starts huddles, moves stages or records decisions. Invitees who only answer are free and unlimited. Seats are not shared between people.

Your content

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, display and process it to run the service, including AI tagging and readings.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content, harassment, or content you have no right to upload.
  • No attempts to break isolation between workspaces or to probe other customers' data.
  • No reselling the service or the API without a written agreement.
  • Reasonable API rate limits apply; sustained abuse may be throttled.

Payment

Paid plans are billed per workspace, monthly or yearly in advance, excluding VAT. While billing is still being set up, plans are arranged with us directly.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability and will keep planned maintenance short and announced. The service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless we agreed one in writing.

AI output

The reading and the tags are an aid, not advice. A person always takes the decision, and every tag can be corrected. You remain responsible for what you decide.

Liability

Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You may stop at the end of a billing period; we may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms. On termination you can export your huddles and decisions before deletion.

Changes and law

We announce material changes to these terms at least 30 days ahead. Dutch law applies. Questions? Contact us.
